HOROW T16 Smart Toilet with Heated Bidet, Dual Flush & 12-Inch Rough-In

I purchased this toilet, hoping to be wowed. I think it’s a good toilet but not much beyond that. I have basically bought a $500 toilet to replace the toilet that was working just fine. There’s nothing necessarily bad about this toilet, it just is going to end up being a regular toilet in my house. Installation was pretty straightforward and easy. All of the parts were included that I needed. The toilet functions well as far as flushing so far. Since we are reviewing toilets, I’ll be direct and say that it works well for women, but as a man, I was really hoping it would do a more thorough job cleaning. It has not passed a toilet paper test yet if you know what I mean. The seat is warm, which she really loves. The knob on the side has a glowing blue light that functions well as a nightlight in the middle of the night. I really love the toe, tap flush system as a man. The water is warm. You should know that the lid is sloped and thin plastic. It states you cannot sit on it or stand on it. A mild inconvenience, but we often put the seat down to sit on it to towel dry or blow dry hair for example, and we can’t do that anymore as we don’t want to crack it. Note this does not have any kind of drying function after using the bidet. You do need a towel or toilet paper to dry yourself. In the end, I would probably not buy this again. My expectation was to be more thoroughly clean and a bit drier at the end, but I still will use plenty of toilet paper.

An excellent product needs excellent Customer service to support it. I am very pleased with my recent transaction with the customer service in getting a replacement part. The communication was good, decision was immediate and great follow up. I would recomment the company and product. Thank you.

My toilet arrived cracked which wasn't ideal, but the customer service got back to me within 12 hours and was very prompt in providing a replacement, which I greatly appreciate! The toilet itself is great, and such a new joy in my life with all the amazing features. I just hope this holds for the next few years!

Our powder room has this T16 toilet and so far my family and I are happy to have this. Very convenient and easy to use. Hopefully it will last for years.

We purchased two of the T16 tankless Smart toilets two years when we renovated our bathrooms. We purchase thru Home Depot. After two years of use, we like the units very much. They have like a two-stage flush. During the first stage the water starts to circulate in the bowl and then the second stage power flush kicks in and moves everything along very smartly and cleanly. This sequence controlled by a dual solenoid "pulse control valve". After two year of use, one of the units had this unit go bad. The toilet would only do the first part but not the second.
I tried to use their website to find/order the part but, they don't seem to offer that feature/function. I tried to call several times (during their listed hours) and went to voice mail every time. I ended up contacting them via email and then they called me two days later. I ordered two replacements - one to replace the current bad on and to keep one as a spare since you can't get replacement parts at Home Depot.
Parts arrived a week later. I was able to find videos on-line on how to disassemble and replace the control valve and it turned out to be pretty easy. The wire connectors are color coded and size/shape matched.
Overall, were still happy with the toilets. Only weak link is not being able to just run to the store and get repair parts.
